Honest, Transparent Pricing

How We Quote — Honest, Transparent Pricing

No surprises, no hidden fees. Here is exactly how we build your estimate so you always know what you are paying for — and why.

Our Promise to You

Our Transparency Pledge — No Hidden Fees

The written estimate is the whole story. The price we quote is the price you pay — every part, every hour of labor and every fee is spelled out and explained before any work begins. If a question comes up mid-repair, we stop and talk to you first.

  • No surprise bills
  • Upfront, written estimates
  • We call before any added work

Our Quoting Process

Four simple steps stand between your first call and a repair you approved in writing.

  1. Free Inspection

We start with a no-cost inspection to see exactly what your vehicle needs — no guesswork, no pressure.

  2. Detailed Written Estimate

You get a clear, itemized estimate up front: parts, labor and shop fees broken out line by line.

  3. Your Approval Before Work Begins

Nothing gets done until you say yes. We only proceed after you approve the written estimate.

  4. Final Invoice Matches the Quote

The price we quote is the price you pay. If something unexpected comes up, we stop and re-quote first.

What's Included in Every Quote

Every estimate we hand you spells out the same things — parts, labor, fees, taxes and warranty — in plain language.

  • Genuine or OE-Quality Parts

Every part is listed by name and price — you always know what is going on your vehicle.

  • Labor Broken Out by the Hour

Labor is quoted using published flat-rate times, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

  • Diagnostic & Shop Fees Itemized

Diagnostic time, disposal, shop supplies and any environmental fees appear as their own lines — never buried in the total.

  • Taxes Shown Up Front

Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown on your written estimate, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

  • Warranty Information

Your quote spells out the parts-and-labor warranty that comes with the work.

Pricing FAQs

Straight answers to the questions we hear most about how our pricing works.

Parts cost and labor time differ by make, model, engine and trim. A brake job on a compact sedan simply uses different parts and hours than the same job on a full-size truck, so we quote each vehicle individually.

Not without your say-so. If we open something up and find additional work is needed, we stop, call you with a revised written estimate, and only continue once you approve it. You are never charged for work you did not authorize.

Bring us a written, apples-to-apples estimate and we will do our best to match or beat it on comparable parts and labor. We would rather earn your trust than lose you over a fair price.

The diagnostic fee covers the time our technicians spend pinpointing the problem. If you approve the repair with us, we apply that fee toward the cost of the work.

No. Our initial inspection and written estimate are free. You only pay once you have approved the work in writing.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and most digital wallets. If you have questions about financing a larger repair, just ask and we will walk you through the options.

What Our Customers Say

They walked me through the written estimate line by line before touching my car, and the final bill matched the quote to the penny. No surprise fees, no upsell — just honest work at a fair price.
