Hours & Availability

  • Our shop hours are — Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM; Sunday: Closed. Hours may vary on public holidays, so if you are planning a visit around one, give us a quick call to confirm.

  • Absolutely. Walk-ins are always welcome for quick checks, warning lights, and minor issues, and we will get to you as soon as a bay opens up. For larger jobs or a specific time, booking an appointment ahead means we can have the right parts ready and minimize your wait.

  • No appointment is required, but it is recommended for anything beyond a quick look — such as scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, or repairs that need dedicated bay time. Appointments help us stay on schedule and get you back on the road faster.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Yes. We provide free written estimates on repairs before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect. For issues that require in-depth diagnostics, we will explain any diagnostic fee up front — and it is applied toward the repair if you choose to move forward with us.

  • Cost depends on your vehicle, the parts involved, and the labor required. Once we have inspected your car we provide a clear, itemized estimate covering parts and labor — with no hidden fees and no surprises when you pick up your vehicle.

  • Always. If we discover additional issues while working on your vehicle, we stop and call you with the details and a revised estimate. Nothing beyond the approved work happens without your explicit go-ahead.

Warranty

  • Yes. Our repairs are backed by a nationwide 24-month / 24,000-mile parts-and-labor warranty on qualifying services, so you are covered even when you are away from home. We stand behind our work.

  • The warranty covers both the parts we install and the labor to install them against defects and premature failure. If something we repaired does not hold up within the warranty period, bring it back and we will make it right at no additional charge.

  • Servicing your vehicle at an independent shop like ours does not void your factory warranty. We use quality parts and document all work performed, keeping you compliant with your manufacturer maintenance requirements.

Payment

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), cash, and most contactless / mobile payments. Payment is due when you pick up your vehicle.

  • Yes — for bigger jobs we offer flexible financing options so an unexpected repair does not have to wait. Ask our service advisor about current plans when you receive your estimate and we will walk you through what is available.
